Dress Code
Athletes must adhere to the following strict dress code for evaluations:
Attire: Black top and black bottoms (shorts or leggings).
Hair: High ponytail.
Accessories: Team/Program Bow.
Makeup: Red lipstick (to simulate competition look).
Program Financial Commitments
The half-season program runs from December through April and requires five (5) installment payments of $250.00 each, totaling $1,250.00 for the program.
Installment Breakdown
The $250.00 installment covers two main categories of program expenses: Allstar Fees and Gym Fees.
Allstar Fees Include: Competition entry fees, routine music licensing, choreography costs, gym registration and insurance, coaches’ costs, one practice set, a competition uniform, and a competition bow.
The teams will attend two competitions that are TBD. All half-season competitions will be drivable.
Gym Fees Cover: Your child’s practice mat time and gym space.
Annual Registration Fee: Gym enrollment requires one annual fee of $80 per family (if you have already paid it for class enrollment, you do not need to pay again)
Payment Information & Policies
Payment Method: All installment payments are handled through enrollments in the SportsEngine portal.
A valid credit card must be kept on file in the portal.
December Payment (Uniform Down payment): Collected on December 22nd.
Subsequent Payments: Collected on the 1st of each month from January through April.
Prorating: Installments are not considered 'monthly fees' and are not prorated in any way.
Fundraising: Fundraising opportunities will be provided to help families offset these program costs.
ATHLETE-PROVIDED Items (Not Included in Installment Fees)
Athletes are responsible for providing the following items:
USASF Gym Membership: $50.00 (Mandatory for all cheer athletes).
Black Cheer Shoes (provide your own or custom Dream Athletics V-Ros are available in the Dream Pro-Shop)
Competition Lipstick (Specific shade to be determined).
Mesh Midriff (If required by the uniform/team style).
Team Formation & Uniforms
Team Formation: Teams will be formed based on a combination of athlete ages and proficiency in necessary cheerleading skills. We commit to doing our best to find a spot for every athlete who tries out.
Uniforms: Once you have purchased a Dream Competition Uniform, you will not be required to purchase another one until the athlete outgrows it or the program transitions to a new program-wide uniform cycle.
Post-Season Events: Should any teams qualify for a post-season event (e.g., Summit, Worlds), and the program decides to attend, any related costs will be billed to the families separately from the regular installments.
